Tasechat Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask for your data in Tasechat to be deleted in any of the ways below. We acknowledge within 2 working days and finish deletion within 20 days (30 days when the shop must act).

If you are a customer who messaged or commented on a shop's Facebook Page

1. Send a message to that shop's Page asking to delete your data, or email us with the Page name and the name you use on Facebook.
2. The shop (or we) delete your comments, messages, the phone number, notes and tags linked to your conversation. Orders you placed are anonymised (name, phone number and address removed) unless the law requires the shop to keep them.

If you are a shop that connected Facebook Pages to Tasechat

1. In Tasechat, open the Facebook settings and click "Remove" next to a Page (or "Remove all"). The Page access token is deleted at once; that Page's comments and messages are deleted within 30 days.
2. You can also remove the app on Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, choose Tasechat and click Remove.
3. To close your whole account and delete all of your shop's data, email us from the address registered for your shop.
