Tasechat Privacy Policy

Tasechat is a sales and customer-messaging tool for online shops in Vietnam, operated by TUAN AGENCY ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH MTV TUAN AGENCY, tax ID 2500759078) ("we", "us"). Shops ("businesses") use Tasechat to read and answer Facebook Page comments and Messenger conversations, take orders and manage stock.

1. Our role

Each shop decides which Facebook Pages to connect and what to do with its customers' data; the shop is the controller of that data. We process it only on the shop's behalf and on its instructions, to provide Tasechat.

2. Data we process

Shop accounts: shop name, staff names and usernames, password hashes, login sessions (device type, approximate place, hashed IP address).
Connected Facebook Pages: Page ID, Page name, the Page access token issued by Meta (stored only on our servers, never shown in the browser or shared), and the permissions the shop granted.
Facebook Page content received through the Meta Graph API and webhooks: comments on the Page's posts, ads and live videos, Messenger messages between the Page and its customers, timestamps, attachments sent in the conversation, and the customer's Page-scoped ID and name when Meta provides them.
Data the shop enters: orders (customer name, phone number, delivery address, items), internal notes and tags about a customer, stock and products.

We do not collect Facebook friend lists, personal profiles beyond the name provided by Meta, or any data from Pages the shop has not connected.

3. How we use the data

To show comments and messages to the shop's staff in real time and let them reply from Tasechat within Meta's messaging rules (24-hour window).
To hide comments that expose a customer's phone number, when the shop turns this on.
To recognise product codes, sizes and phone numbers in a comment or message so staff can create the order faster.
To send a Messenger reply or order confirmation that a staff member writes or approves.
To keep the service secure (sign-in alerts, rate limits) and to fix errors.

We do not sell data, do not use it for our own advertising, and do not use Facebook data to build profiles across different shops. A shop owner may download a file of hashed phone numbers of their own customers for their own ads; it is created on the owner's device and Tasechat does not send it to anyone.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with: the shop that owns it and the staff it authorises; Meta, when the shop replies, hides a comment or sends a message (the request goes to the Graph API); our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers and D1 database), which stores data on our behalf; and authorities when Vietnamese law requires it.

5. Retention

Comments: deleted 30 days after they are received.
Messenger messages: deleted 90 days after they are received.
Phone numbers, notes and tags staff attach to a conversation: deleted at the latest 90 days after the last edit, once the messages are deleted.
Orders: kept while the shop uses Tasechat, as the shop's sales records, or until the shop deletes them.
When a shop disconnects a Page, its access token is deleted immediately and the Page's comments and messages are deleted within 30 days.

6. Your rights and deletion

Customers of a shop can ask that shop, or us, to see, correct or delete their data. Follow the Data Deletion Instructions at /tasechat/data-deletion. We answer within 7 days and finish deletion within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS only. Access tokens and secrets never leave our servers. Staff accounts have separate passwords and the shop owner can sign out any device.
