Tasechat Terms of Service

These terms apply to shops that use Tasechat, a service of TUAN AGENCY ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH MTV TUAN AGENCY, tax ID 2500759078). By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page you accept these terms and the Tasechat Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Tasechat lets a shop read and answer comments and Messenger messages of the Facebook Pages it manages, create orders, manage products and stock, and connect other sales channels. Features that depend on Meta (for example sending messages) work only as far as Meta allows.

2. Your account

  • You must have the right to manage every Page you connect and to act for the business that owns it.
  • You are responsible for your staff accounts and for keeping passwords private.
  • You give us accurate business information when asked.

3. Acceptable use

  • Follow the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Commercial Terms and Messenger policies, including the 24-hour messaging window and message tags.
  • Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who have not contacted your Page.
  • Do not use Tasechat to collect data for any purpose other than serving your own customers.
  • Do not try to bypass Meta's limits or use Tasechat for illegal goods or content.

We may suspend a shop that breaks these rules or puts its Pages at risk.

4. Customer data

Your customers' data belongs to your shop. We process it only to provide Tasechat, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must tell your customers how you use their data and answer their requests; we help you delete data when asked.

5. Fees

Plans, prices and payment terms are shown on the Tasechat pricing page and in the app. Meta may charge for some message types; those charges are the shop's. The Vietnamese version of these terms prevails.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Tasechat available and correct but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example when Meta or our hosting provider has an outage. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees the shop paid in the 3 months before the event.

7. Ending the service

A shop can stop at any time by disconnecting its Pages and asking us to close the account. We delete the shop's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
